Anyone else have any ideas? The only other thing i can think of is that its my motherboard giving out, but its weird because it works fine in BIOS and after disabling driver signature enforcement.įor those of you who want to bypass the security dialog which occurs when installing non-MS-WHQL-signed drivers on Windows 7 64Bit (and Windows 8, 8.1) there was only a single solution for me that worked for scripted, automated, unattended or silent installations: import the certificates prior to installġ. I actually just built this system a few months ago. I have no idea why they would just die all of a sudden, my pc has no malware or anything on it. I thought was from some windows updates my pc got so i uninstalled all of those but still nothing. I haven't changed anything hardware wise in month, and this problem just came about last week. But the catch is that if i restart and go back into windows i get the error 52 again and have to start all over. So i reboot again and F8 into that menu and select the "disable driver signature enforcement" option and bam it works, my keyboard and mouse are reinstalling and everything works perfectly fine. I reset my BIOS back to defaults and nada, still getting the error 52. ![]() I then goto intels site, download the driver scan tool and install a new usb 3.0 driver. I then went to asus's website and downloaded the latest drivers and again issue is still there. ![]() I tried the easiest solution first and uninstalled both controllers and rescanned for changes and same issue. ![]() I went into device manager and noticed that both of usb controller ,3.0 and 3.1, were had the yellow exclamation mark and throwing a code 52 error meaning the driver is not digitally signed and the os wont load them. ![]() So this problem has recently arise on my computer when i noticed that my scroll wheel and back buttons on my mouse didn't work.
